Yes. You can switch between Monthly and Yearly billing from your subscription settings. If you switch to Yearly, we'll pro-rate any remaining monthly balance as credit.
You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. If you've added a payment method, you'll be billed automatically. Otherwise, access will be paused until payment is confirmed.
The Starter Plan supports up to 5 users. If you need more, upgrade to the Agency Plan which includes unlimited users.
Absolutely. You can cancel from Subscriptions → Cancel in your account. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds.
