Getting Started with the Dedicated IP Addon

The Dedicated IP addon gives your SaaS Project Manager account a unique IP for outgoing tracking and notifications — separating your reputation from shared infrastructure.

Why It Matters

Shared IPs carry the reputation of every tenant — one bad actor can affect everyone's deliverability. A dedicated IP is yours alone.

Setup

1. Go to Account → Subscriptions → Manage Addons
2. Click Add Dedicated IP
3. Your IP will be provisioned within 15 minutes
4. Update your domain DNS with the provided SPF/DKIM records
